Angela is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

 

She specializes in supporting women with hormone health, pre/postnatal , preparing for pregnancy and transitioning through perimenopause and menopause.

 

Whether you are dealing with painful periods, PCOS, heavy/irregular periods, amenorrhea and thyroid imbalances, post birth control, trying to conceive or looking for a natural alternative to contraception - or you simply want to be more in tune with your cycle and your body - menstrual cycle and/or fertility awareness is key.
